Step 1: Welcome
We study the best production methods and materials to best realise your design. Because our company listens to the customer and attends to their needs. Each character is an adventure.
At this stage, the most aesthetic, comfortable and lightweight solutions are chosen to achieve the objective.
A mascot can be manufactured in many different ways. That is why we study the design intensively before production, as one wrong decision at the production stage can change everything.
Step 2: 3D modelling
At Eurocrea Mascots we have our own 3D designers to model your character. Modelling is not enough, you have to be an expert in the production of mascots.
There are several points to bear in mind:
- Maximum resemblance to the original design
- A happy and pleasant expression
- Good ergonomics
- Good mobility

We have two types of 3D printers that are unique in Spain:
- The 3D printer BIG REP ONE v.2brought from Germany, with a printing space of 1m2. Its function is to make the most complex parts: eyes, glasses, nails, teeth...
- La formación al vacíoThe new EN Polyestyrene, a highly detailed thermoforming machine that reproduces copies in plastics such as EN Polyestyrene, ABS and PVC.
- Laser cutting machineused to print and cut our customers' logos.
Step 3: Manufacturing
In our workshop we eliminate frustrated situations with laughter.
In our workshop there are no designs that are more important than others. We work with the same intensity on any design whether it is more famous or less famous.
Manufacturing starts with our material.Our material is of high quality and you can feel it when you touch it. It is very light, resistant, anti-mosquito, flame retardant and waterproof. We meticulously sculpt your pet and leave no detail behind, no matter how small it may seem.
Our pets are the lightest on the market. No matter how big the head is, it will be as light as a bird.Maximum ergonomics and maximum comfort. The beauty of the pet is not only on the outside but also on the inside. Because a comfortable pet is much more fun and cheerful.

Step 4: The Costume
We are meticulous with our mascots' costumes. We never want any part of the actor's body to show and we want them to be extremely comfortable.
We work with high quality fabrics and thanks to our pattern making your suit will never look wrinkled. Also our suits are machine washable at less than 30 degrees because cleanliness is very important. Light weight in all the accessories of the suit.
Step 5: Quality Control
Our obsession for quality is in every step of the mascot's production and that's why we check all the steps before finishing the mascot.
